COVID-19 and Taxi Industry

As stated in the Guardian,  Can I get a taxi, Uber or public transport home from the airport has not factored in the health risks to taxi drivers and the impact of COVID-19!!

The prime minister, Scott Morrison, indicated that people subject to self-isolation would still be able to take taxis and public transport from airports.

This message is inconsistent with protecting those that need it most. If the Prime Minister actually thought through the cause and effect of self isolation, then he would understand  it must apply to taxi industry who are risk of catching this disease.
