In response to information requested, I have received the following information, I can advise that currently there are 428 perpetual taxi licences in Tasmania held by 194 owners.  PTL’s means Perpetual Taxi Licences. The breakdown by area is:

Could you email the me the total number of perpetual taxi licences that currently exist in Tasmania and a breakdown in each region. I also request the total number of plate owners who own such plates as some owners may own more than 1 plate licence. I need this information as I will be contacting a number of Ministers on this matter.
